Travel, Yoga & Vege

Travelling
Love travel since I was in very young age. Stat to dream to become a backpacker when I was in my secondary. The unplanned and unexpected journey is something that drives me crazy about backpacking. During the journey, I like to get to know the locals and understand their living instead of touring to those tourist spots. Best of all, spending my lay back day with a pot of coffee and books along the journey are the things that I would would never missed along my journey.

My real travel experience started when I was at 27.
June 2004 - Europe
May 2005 - Bali, Thailand, Cambodia
Oct 2006 - Thailand
March 2007 - Bali
Jul 2008 - Thailand
Dec 2008 - Laos
May 2009* - Kota Kinabalu

Jult 2009* - Medan / Chiang Mai

Yoga - Way of Life
Love the "slowerness" in yoga as it gives me the a piece of tranquility in mind. Yoga has a wider view instead of the "bending" exercise that most public known. It is a life style that practically merged to our daily life.

Vegetarian
If you can survive by not eating animals, why should you harm them and eat their meats? This is principle that drives me to become a vegetarian since 7 years ago. I am happy to become a vegetarian and still insane with my vege foods. At times it could be challenging to find vege food out there but so far I still can manage to find something "eatable" and very rare feeling hunger. You can't imagine the amount of happiness that be with you when you found the right food ....I guess this is the blessing from all animals.

Treasures every moments and made the best out of it so that we have no regret....I always dream big as if I'd never die forever; live as if I'd die at next moment. I hope for the best and prepared for the worst.
Life is short and unknown, for this reason life is so beautiful...
